This year (2007) Ryanair seem to be favourite on price and they are extending their destinations too. They have recently started flights out of East Midlands which is central and prices are excellent.

Also Easyjet out of London airports have some great deals direct into Valencia, along with British Airways/Iberia.

You can always get a flight into Valencia from somewhere or Alicante if you struggle, it's still only a 2 hour drive on fast motorways so no excuses !
