The main accommodation for guests is on the first floor, with one en-suite on the ground floor.The villa consists of two doubles & two twin rooms.

All four bedrooms have air conditioning & heating systems which are operated by remote control, so you can retire to bed in the heat of summer knowing you can sleep in a perfectly controlled temperature. If  the nights ever get a little chilly, you can also turn them on to heat mode when required.

The family size bathroom is new with a large walk in shower, hot water is always available so shower after shower is no problem.

The living room is of ample size with comfortable leather sofas, a large dining table, and a television with DVD for anyone wanting to watch a film or two at the end of a relaxing day.

The kitchen is a good size and has a cooker, microwave, toaster, two large fridge freezers, juicer, kettle, in fact everything you need...just like home.
 
There are a few local supermarkets for you to purchase your groceries. Prices are very good and offer a fantastic choice. San Miguel is just 30p a can & a good red or white wine can be purchased from as little as £1.50 a bottle!

The villa's swimming pool is a good size & has an excellent filtration system, an outside shower is near the pool so you can rinse off before getting in. The pool collects the sun from early morning through to the evening as it is perfectly positioned, and a great place to cool down or lay on a lilo and read.
 
There are plenty of different areas in the garden to get in or out of the sun, and in the evening you can sit out on the large balcony over a bottle or two.

At the back of the pool area we have a paella kitchen (or barbeque to the uninitiated!) and paella pans available if you feel adventurous.
 
We are resident at the Villa and live on the ground floor, we are only there to assist if needed and happy to give any advice you might need. We don't get in the way, but we do make sure you have a great stay. We also do the daily cleaning & pool maintenance etc.

When you land at Valencia airport we can arrange to meet you so you can follow us back to the villa. We are less than 25 minutes away from the airport.

All bed linen & towels are included in our prices, bed linen changed weekly - towels as and when required.

Please note that children of all ages are welcome.
